Opiate Abuse

One of the biggest problems faced in the medical community today is that of opiate abuse-not by patients, but by doctors. Most would agree that the over-prescription of opiate drugs like hyrdrocodone, oxycodone, and methadone is a problem. Opiate Addiction

Unlike cigarettes or alcohol, it is far better to quit slowly over time than 'cold turkey.'

Opiate Detox and Treatment

Rather than enrolling in an inpatient treatment program or even a local day treatment program or methadone maintenance clinic that may break your anonymity, Meditox provides a unique outpatient program the respects your confidentiality. Come to any of our locations across the country for one appointment only. During this single appointment, you will be given a complete evaluation, meet with your doctor and case manager and develop a treatment plan personalized to your goals and needs.

When you leave, you will be armed with a buprenorphine prescription and a six-week long plan to total freedom from drug dependence. During that six weeks, should you need anything at all, a support team is at the ready prepared to answer any questions or concerns you may have 24 hours a day.
