The truth is that when it comes to relapsing or "slipping" there's no such thing as it coming out of nowhere, and chances are that the people who are closest to you will recognize the first signs long before you do. But to get that extra help, they need to know what's going on first. And you never know: they probably know more than you think, or at least suspect a few things.</description>

		<description>I completely agree with the point you made about others holding you accountable. It is a huge asset to clue people in on your addiction. By doing so, you aren't keeping the back door open for your addiction to sneak back in without others noticing.</description>
